Krister (6) came home from school announcing that it was God’s birthday!
‘Everybody’ had their flags out, so obviously there was some kind of party going on in Norway :-)
In school, the teacher had told the kids that the reason for flags out today was because it was the king’s birthday.
She didn’t say: “The king of Norway” or “king Harald”, but just ‘the king’.
So Krister’s conclusion was: God is King, so it must be God’s birthday!
